Test Strategies

Ways To Study:

1) Flash Cards
2) With a partner
3) Reading your notes
4) Asking Questions of what you dont know

A way I will try to succeed in my benchmarks is by studying with my flash cards. Flash cards usually have two sides, in the front its the word and a picture and in the back its the info. for the word. Flash cards are better to remember than reading your notes because the flash cards give you a hint of the word because there is a picture that can represent the word. Most people study flash cards when they have to study a test, memorize a speech, and other important stuff. It also keeps me organize because you only write the important facts you have to know, not just other random stuff. The cards are usually small, so you can put them in your bag or pocket when you are somewhere else, you can study. Flash cards are very useful especially when taking benchmarks or CST.
Another way to study is with a partner. Its helpful when someone is on your side to study something important. They usually ask you questions about what your learning and you'll have to answer it. They can help you study faster because they are testing you, instead of you learning it by yourself. It is also fun when studying with a person because its like a game you are playing and eventually you can get a prize by answering the question correctly. When working alone, you can't really remember that much because you can get confuse with everything your learning. So everytime you are gonna have a test ask a parent, sibling, or a friend.
